Our service packages build off of one another, enriching your child's experience and wellbeing. though different, each package works together to preserve your child's sense of wonder - all while supporting, developing and equipping them with the physical, cognitive, emotional and life skills that will assist them as they grow into the wonderful individuals you are raising them to be.

KMCC Essentials
Are you a parent or guardian looking for a loving, reliable and engaging babysitter who meets your child right where they are—at home? With the Khala KaMwana Essentials, your child receives safe, structured, fun and holistic care from someone who values and nurtures their comfort, creativity, and childlike curiosity. Whether you're working, resting, out for the evening, or need a consistent driver for school runs, I offer more than just supervision—I bring intention, warmth, and joy to every visit. 🧺 Included in The Khala KaMwana Essentials: - In-home babysitting (daytime/evening options available) - Basic play & activity supervision - Light meal/snack prep - Diaper changes, hygiene & toileting support - Bedtime prep and/or school drop-offs & pickups (as agreed) - Flexible scheduling for part-time or occasional care - Care for children aged 12 months to 15 years - Age-appropriate activities like: 🎨 Arts & crafts 📚 Storytime 🎲 Educational games 🎵 Creative play 💗 This service is perfect for: Parents who want their child cared for in a familiar environment, with emotional warmth, structure, a faith-informed, culturally rooted and trauma-sensitive approach to child development. 📌 Age & Pricing Policy: - Base rate: $20 per hour for one child -🍼 For children under 12 months, please message me before booking to ensure I'm the right fit for your family. Infant care requires a slightly different rhythm, and I want you and your child to feel secure and supported. -👧🏾 For children aged 10 months to 12 years, standard pricing applies: $20 for one child, plus $5 for each additional child per session. For group rates (exceeding 4 children), please message me for a consultation. -🧑🏽🎓 For teens aged 13–15, pricing may vary based on the level of care or support needed (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, or transportation). Please contact me before booking if your teen will need more hands-on assistance or structured activities. If not, standard prices apply. - 📲 A free phone consultation/ In Home visit is available at your request

Looking for something deeper than basic babysitting? The Khala KaMwana Growth Plan is for parents who want trusted in-home care and intentional developmental support for their child. KMCC+ is perfect for children with sensitive behaviours, learning/developmental needs and assistance with unique emotional overwhelm. This tier includes everything from the Essentials plan, plus structured activities and rhythms that help your child build life skills, manage emotions, grow in confidence and maintain the lovable spark of innocence your child was born with. 🌱KMCC+ includes: - All KMCC Essentials services - A personalised learning plan based on your child’s age, personality, needs & goals - Brings emotional regulation activities such as calm-down tools, feeling charts, peace prompt journaling and mindfulness practices to help your child navigate big feelings - Daily or weekly rhythm-building to boost life skills, physical health and individualised responsibilities (predictable, peaceful routines) - Free daily tracker (An end of day log summarizing activities, moods, meal/snacks, overall health & wellness, key observations and recommendations - Support with gratitude practices, spiritual reflection, and simple faith-based rituals through activities that develop focus, creativity, memory, and empathy 💗 This service is perfect for: - Parents navigating sensitive behaviours, developmental/ learning needs, special and unique needs and emotional overwhelm - Families who want to infuse their child’s day with intention, meaning and care that goes beyond typical babysitting - Kids who need more structure, self-expression, or grounding in their daily life This is more than care—it’s conscious, personalized, faith-rooted childcare that helps your child be and grow into themselves. 📌 Age & Pricing Policy: - Base rate: $30 per hour for one child -🍼 For children under 12 months, please message me before booking to ensure I'm the right fit for your family. The Care and Thrive Tier offers whole-child, whole-family care rooted in spiritual truth, cultural awareness, and practical support. KMCC Pro - Care + Thrive is a holistic consultation service that can be added to any Essentials or Growth Plan, or used as a standalone support option for parents. This service is perfect for families who want the full childcare and family wellness experience to help their child nurture that unique childlike quality and carry it over into their adult years. You’ll receive tailored guidance on rhythms, tips on developmental care & regulation, parenting strategies, emotional support, and spiritual care — designed to help your child and your family thrive together.Whether you're navigating behavioral struggles, supporting neurodiverse children, or simply seeking deep, aligned guidance, Thrive is a care partnership that adapts and grows with your child.
